Dr Galih R. Suwito

Scientist | Semiconductor Engineer | Computational Thinker

I am a Device Physicist at Quantum Solutions R&D working on the development of quantum dot MWIR sensors. I have held a postdoctoral position at the University of Cambridge during 2022-2023 where I became a Research Associate at Robinson College. In my postdoc, I worked on quantum dot-porous GaN microLEDs. I obtained a Ph.D. in Semiconductor Nanostructures from McGill University (FRQNT Fellow-ranked 1st), in collaboration with National Research Council Canada, in 2022. I received B.Eng. in Applied Physics from Nagoya University, in 2019, as an awardee of Monbukagakusho Scholarship.
