Dr Galih R. Suwito
semiconductors, low-dimensional nanostructures, quantum-effect devices
I am a postdoc in Prof. Rachel Oliver’s group at University of Cambridge. My postdoctoral work deals with 3D-printed quantum dots in porous gallium nitride. I obtained Ph.D. in Semiconductor Nanostructures from McGill University (FRQNT PhD Fellow-ranked 1st) under Prof. Nathaniel Quitoriano, in collaboration with National Research Council Canada, in 2022. I received B.Eng. in Applied Physics from Nagoya University, in 2019, as an awardee of Monbukagakusho Scholarship.
In my spare time, I enjoy doing martial arts.
